HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Welcome to boombi.com.au. To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size & click 'add to cart'. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card and delivery address to finalise your online shopping experience. Your order will be carefully wrapped and delivered via Express Australia Post within 1-2 working days. 
  

MAY I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from your cart. However, once your order has been confirmed, it may not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. Please email enquiries@boombi.com.au if you need to change an order. Once items dispatched you will need to return it via Australia Post if you wish to exchange your purchase.  

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE?
We hope you will be very happy with your Boombi purchase. Please choose carefully and use the sizing tables provided to ensure the best fit for the little Boombi in your life. However, we offer exchange on all full priced merchandise returned to us within 7 days, in original condition. A postage and handling fee will apply. Boombi will be happy to offer a full refund on items which have a manufacturing fault, as per Australian Consumer Laws. Online purchases can not be returned to our Retail Stockists.


WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
Your privacy is very important to us. Any bank & credit card details are collected by eWay for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As eWay processes all payments, including credit cards, the only details we have are your name & address. Don't worry, we won't come around for a coffee or anything... we will just post your items with care.
